Natal Support contains 20 carefully selected nutrients, every one chosen for a specific role, and every one in a form your body can actually use. Here are the standout ingredients that set this formula apart. For the full breakdown, see the ingredients tab below.
Methylfolate (not folic acid)
The activated form of folate your body can use directly. Critical for healthy cell division, neural tube development and methylation. Especially important for women with MTHFR variants who can't efficiently convert synthetic folic acid.
Choline 400mg
Chronically underdosed in most prenatals. Choline works alongside methylfolate to support neural tube closure and healthy brain development and most women don't get close to enough from diet alone.
Methylcobalamin (B12) + P5P (B6)
Activated B vitamins that support methylation, energy production and nervous system function. B6 can also help take the edge off pregnancy nausea.
Iodine + Selenium
Both essential for healthy thyroid function, which plays a direct role in fertility, healthy pregnancy and foetal brain development. Often found separately, rarely together at meaningful doses.
Vitamin D3 + K1 + K2
Most prenatals include D3 and stop there. Adding K1 and K2 supports how vitamin D is actually utilised in the body including calcium regulation and cardiovascular health.
Zinc glycinate
A highly absorbable form of zinc that supports immune function, hormone production, cell division and reproductive health.
CoQ10
Supports mitochondrial energy production, particularly relevant for egg quality in the preconception phase and cellular energy throughout pregnancy.
