Natal Support covers the foundational nutrients needed across preconception, pregnancy and postpartum. Methylfolate, choline, B complex, Vitamin D, zinc and iodine, all in activated, bioavailable forms your body can use without having to convert them first. These nutrients support healthy cell division, methylation, hormone and thyroid function, and brain and nervous system development.

Stress & Sleep Support is formulated to support a healthy stress response, muscle relaxation and sleep quality through magnesium glycinate, glycine, KSM-66 ashwagandha and passionflower. As this formula contains herbal ingredients, we always recommend speaking with your healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Natal Support: Take as directed on the label. If you're experiencing sensitivity, split your dose, 1 capsule after breakfast, 1 after lunch and keep at least 30–60 minutes away from caffeine.

Stress & Sleep Support: Mix 1 scoop (11g) into 200ml of water. Consume immediately. Scoop included.

A note from Katherine: I'd recommend taking Stress & Sleep Support about 60 minutes before bed to help you wind down, and Natal Support with breakfast or your largest meal for the best tolerance if you experience pregnancy nausea.

Natal Support:

Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. Contains vitamin B6.

Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice.This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses.

A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Please advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester.
