Magnesium Glycinate

The foundation of calm. Magnesium glycinate was included to help support a healthy stress response, muscle relaxation and quality sleep. This form is gentle on the stomach and highly bioavailable, making it ideal for people who are already feeling run down, overwhelmed or exhausted.

KSM-66 Ashwagandha

Because stress affects more than just your mind. We chose KSM-66®, a clinically researched form of ashwagandha, to help support the body during times of stress. It has been included to help support mood, nervous system function and resilience when life feels full-on.

Passionflower

For the racing mind that won't switch off. Passionflower has traditionally been used to calm the nervous system and support relaxation. It's in the formula to help take the edge off mental overwhelm and support a more restful, settled evening.

Glycine

A small amino acid with a big impact on sleep. Glycine was included because it helps support deeper, more restorative sleep and can assist the body to wind down at night. It also gives the formula its naturally slightly sweet taste without relying on loads of unnecessary ingredients.

Mix 1 Scoop (11g) into 200ml of water. Consume immediately. Scoop is included.

Each dosage contains:

• Magnesium glycinate dihydrate 3.07g (Equiv. Magnesium 350mg)
• Glycine 3g
• Withania somnifera (KSM-66®) root extract dry standardised 600mg (Equiv. withanolides 30mg) ( Ashwagandha) 
• Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) herb top, extract dry concentrate 400mg (Equiv. dry 4g)
