Methylfolate (not folic acid) The activated form of folate your body can use directly. Critical for healthy cell division, neural tube development and methylation - especially important for those with MTHFR variants who can't efficiently convert synthetic folic acid.

Choline 400mg Chronically underdosed in most prenatals. Works alongside methylfolate to support neural tube closure and healthy brain development.

Caffeine can interfere with the absorption of key nutrients in Natal Support, so aim for at least 30–60 minutes between your supplement and your morning coffee.

I'd recommend taking this about 60 minutes before bed, not right as you're climbing in. It gives the magnesium and ashwagandha time to start working with you, not against your bedtime.

It's naturally slightly sweet from the glycine, so most people enjoy it as is. I like to treat it as part of my wind-down ritual rather than just another supplement, same time each night, away from screens.

If you're sensitive to magnesium, start with half a scoop and build up over a week.

You can also take it after breakfast if you'd prefer daytime support for stress as it's not sedating, so it won't leave you drowsy. Some people prefer to take their dose earlier in the day to support a calmer nervous system through busy or high-stress periods, rather than saving it for bedtime.

Natal Support:

Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. Contains vitamin B6.

Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice.This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses.

A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Please advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester.
